BADLY DRAWN MATCH REPORT #42 MANCHESTER UNITED vs WATFORD

Well, what do you know Ole's at the wheel on a permanent basis now. His first task as full time boss of Manchester United...defeat Watford.

Despite securing Ole's position as manager United seemed to be a little sub-par for some bizarre reason.

Indeed Watford were the better side until Luke Shaw decided to take matters into his own hands. United's left back set-up Marcus Rashford with a Pogba-esque pass leaving the striker one-on-one with Ben Foster. Rashford greatly accepted the chance.

But despite taking the lead United were still underwhelming, the midfield in particular. It was as if something was distracting the likes of Paul Pogba, Ander Herrera and Nemanja Matic.

So naturally, United took an undeserved two-goal lead with Anthony Martial tucking away one of the more scruffier strikes of his career. He was philosophical about it though.

Spare a thought for Dave though as he made a couple of big saves only to see yet another clean sheet snatched from his grasp.

It's safe to say that Ole's first game as permanent United manager was a bit of a squeaky bum affair but nonetheless three points in the bag. Up next, Wolverhampton Wanderers...oh.
