Football, the Champions League and Roger Federer. Of course it makes sense.

In the lead-up to the match concerns were raised about Young Boys' artificial pitch. Jose decided to dip into the world of tennis to give all assembled his view on the issue.

Diogo Dalot made his first team debut for United & immediately his teammates noticed something different about him.

That said Young Boys did make a quick-ish start forcing David de Gea to make a save or two.

However Paul Pogba stepped up & scored a brace to put United in the driving seat much to the delight of a certain pundit.

Anthony Martial wrapped up the match scoring United's third. All around good egg Juan Mata came on & had a couple of chances to widen the margin.

All in all it was a good night's work for Jose's side as they recorded a comfortable 3-0 win. Guess United did emulate Roger Federer after all.
