It was the best of times, it was the worst of times as United faced Fulham at Old Trafford sans their record signing.

After Jose's well-documented outburst at Pogba (via Duncan Castles) United's manager wasn't going to take any chances & was happy to make his melodramatic point.

Diogo Dalot was well versed with the history of this fixture & went out of his way to pay honour to the Moyesiah. Dalot was one of many bright performers for United.

Jose took this opportunity to change United's philosophy...against the Premier League's bottom team

Jose's Avengers Assembled as United scored four goals against a woeful Fulham. Marcus Rashford had a particularly good game with two assists & and one goal.

United wouldn't be United without a brainfart in front of their own net. Phil Jones lost Aboubakar Kamara in the box too easily, Ander Herrera tried to rectify the situation but only succeeded in giving away a penalty in the eyes of the referee.

In the end it was a welcome & overdue victory for United but one suspects that the "Civil War" is far from over. Manchester United 4 - 1 Fulham
